Underground Storage Bunkers
Dean Hill Park is a former MOD munitions storage facility. It is set in a highly secure site, totalling 385 acres and situated between the centres of Salisbury and Southampton, close to the M27/M3 corridor.
24 underground storage bunkers provide secure long term storage facilities totalling 119,892 sq ft. 18 of the bunkers provide 3595 sq ft each, 6 comprise 8105 sq ft each.
The bunkers have the following features:
- Stable temperature environment (11 degrees).
- Minimum Eaves Height 17 ft.
- Electric Overhead Loading Cranes.
- Anti-spark Lighting.
- Dedicated Freight Transfer Stations.
Planning has been granted for B8 (storage and distribution) use with hours of operation 7.00 am to 9.00 pm to Mondays to Fridays, Saturdays 7.00 to 1.00 pm.
The bunkers are available to let on new leases, terms and rents, subject to negotiation.
